Human Design

You have to know who you are to begin to embody your potential. Understanding your unique Human Design enables you to discover what energies you’re here to work with, learn from, and share with the world. When you live aligned with your Design, you’re able to intuitively engage in the flow of life. We’ll use your Design to rewrite the story of who you are from a place of Love, understanding, and Truth.

I am a student of the Light-filled teachings of Quantum Human Design™ by Karen Curry Parker - you can learn more about her philosophy and progressive language here. I am Level 4 certified and have taken advanced courses in return cycles and family dynamics. I also helped Karen write her book, The Human Design Workbook, which is an incredible resource for beginning your journey with Human Design.

BodyIntuitive

I have been working in energy healing since 2015, beginning as a BodyTalk and Reiki II practitioner. I have since shifted to BodyIntuitive and am a certified Master Practitioner. This work has been life changing for me personally and I am confident it is the future of healthcare.

Our bodies hold the emotional, mental, and spiritual pain we have experienced and that we carry from our ancestors. Through this work we discover where you’re holding traumas, conditioning, and pain in your physical and energetic bodies and activate a new potential for health using BodyIntuitive. It is a powerful integration of Eastern & Western medicine grounded in quantum physics. Understanding “the story behind the symptoms” will set you free. Soul Mirroring

I began my work with this practice of deeply experiencing and reflecting back a person’s potential. To experience another person is a gift and it is the foundation of all of my work.

You are not what has happened to you, your physical symptoms, or even your Human Design. You are a spark of the Divine here on Earth! To help you experience this Truth, I provide what I call Soul Mirroring. To help you more clearly see, feel, and Know your Soul energy, I reflect it back to you throughout our session. I also work with your Akashic Records and past lives to help reignite your Divine Light and bring you into greater alignment with your Purpose. This work empowers you to reclaim and live from your Truth as well as strengthens this Knowing in your system. You then move forward more fully integrated and alive!

Counseling & Positive Psychology

I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and I use the tools of Presence and active listening in each of my sessions. I am NOT a licensed therapist and I do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment.

I also have a background in psychological research, specifically in the areas of love and health. You can find a book chapter I co-authored here and a peer-reviewed scientific paper I co-authored here.

Other Influences

I incorporate essential oils, astrology, oracle card readings, meditations/visualization, and spiritual teachings based on Presence practice into my sessions.

I have also taken courses from Ven. Lodrö Tulku Rinpoche, Cyndi Dale, Eckhart Tolle, Linda Howe, Tara Mohr, and Adyashanti that inform my philosophy and spiritual teachings.
